Welcome

This section comprises of the GM and Personal Assistant, the (4) first line managers, Assitant Manager HRM/Admin, Registry Clerk, Driver, 2 Cleaners and 3 watchmen, a total of 15 staff. Its main role includes the following:
  • General administration (Finance, Human Resource, Legal, Economic Management, etc.
  • Corporate Governance
  • Policy matters (drafting, proposing to Board, implementing, monitoring).
  • Business Plan
  • Human Resource Management
  • Public Relations

Human Resources and Administration deals mainly with the administration of the KIC including concentration on Human Resources management. It is the coordinating section of KIC where the different sections are pooled together to make management decisions. Sectional managers have a double role in that they run their sections including administration. The Section has its own manager with subordinate staff, a total of which reaches nine including the manager.

General Administration Is lies speciafically in the hands of the GM who unanimously delegates this authority to respective HODS to supervise and maintain order in the day running of the organisation.

Corporate GovernanceGuided under national act where KIC regulations and operations are defined. it is enforced by the concerned ministry and implemented by the KIC board of directors and further delegated to the KIC Manager and staff employed therein.

Policy mattersSpecifically matters are referred to the general board of directors for the policy approval based on advice from management.

Human Resource ManagementRefers to management of human resource in any one organisation. This is the responsibility of the human resource manager who managers the working staff in compliance to the general regulations and KIC conditions of service.

Public RelationsDuty of HRM to supervise this area but it is mainly encouraged that every officer manning a post within the organisation to display a reliable, courteous and dependable public relations with clients.

Business PlanSolely the responsibility of the General to set a mission statement and a vision statement on a bilateral basis with the corresponding sections.
